"It went fine, just a little slower than I thought"
The name change forms did come through eventually, so I guess I can’t really complain too much. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting. Maybe I was just being impatient, I’m not sure, but it didn’t feel as quick as I’d hoped. Everything worked out in the end, though the waiting part was a little annoying.

"I liked that the name change kit…"
I liked that the name change kit felt personal, like it actually had my info laid out in a way that made sense. It definitely saved me some time trying to figure out where to start with all of this. That said, some of the instructions were still a bit confusing, and I ended up double checking a few things on my own just to be sure. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not quite as smooth as I was hoping.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was straightforward, and I was able to get through everything fairly quickly. I did have to stop and double-check one part because it wasn’t totally clear at first, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it worked fine for me and made the process simple enough.

"I got this for my friend after her..."
I got this for my friend after her wedding because she was already overwhelmed thinking about all the name change paperwork, and like i said, I wanted something helpful but not too over the top.

It ended up being a really solid gift. Like i said, it’s not super personal, but it’s actually useful, and she told me it saved her from having to Google every random form and figure it all out on her own.

The price felt fair, and sending it over was easy. I’d definitely buy it again for someone else changing their name, because like i said, it’s a simple little gift that actually helps.

The paper quality feels good at first glance, though I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up with regular use. So far it seems fine, but I’d probably need to use it a bit more before saying it’s really great.

"Made the Name Change Process Way Less Painful"
I used NewlyNamed after changing my name, it felt worth it for the price. Sure, I probably could’ve figured everything out on my own, but having the forms and steps organized in one place saved me a lot of frustration. Some parts still took extra effort, so it’s not like everything was magically done for me, but it definitely made the whole process easier. Also, it’s kind of ridiculous how complicated name changes are in the first place, people shouldn’t have to jump through that many hoops. Overall, good value for the money. I’d give it 4 stars...

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I had to ask for a refund and wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole thing. I was kind of ready for delays or annoying back-and-forth, though to be fair, that’s just what I usually expect with refunds, not really anything they did wrong.

Support got back to me clearly, explained what would happen, and the money showed up just like they said it would. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again. 5 stars from me.

Am I the only one who thought this felt kind of off? They did send the forms, so I wouldn’t call it a scam or anything, but the info was basic and support took longer than I expected. i’m not sure it was worth paying for.

I used newlynamed after changing my name, and the whole timeline of when I needed to send what was kind of confusing to me. The forms they gave me were accurate for everything I needed, which saved me from having to look up every tiny detail myself. I still double checked everything before mailing it out, but it all matched and I didn’t have any problems. Overall, it was easy to use and made the process feel a lot less overwhelming

"Decent service, but I wanted clearer privacy details"
I used newlynamed when I was already feeling a little stressed about getting all my name change paperwork sorted out. Overall, the service was okay and nothing went wrong, but I did feel a bit uneasy about the privacy side of things. You have to enter a lot of personal information, which I understand given what the service is for, but I wish they were more upfront about how long they keep your info and who has access to it. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as transparent as I would’ve liked. 3 stars

I’d say the checklist helped me feel maybe 30% calmer about the name change process. It broke things down enough that it didn’t feel so overwhelming, but there were still a few parts where I had to reread things a couple times because I wasn’t totally sure what to do next.

"Setup Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
Getting everything set up was confusing. I kept going back and forth trying to figure out what I’d missed, and then some of the forms didn’t even have all the info they needed, which made it more annoying. Support did help eventually, but it took longer than I expected, and by then I was already kind of worn out from the whole process.
